Orders
To track the status of your order, kindly utilize your Air Waybill (AWB) number on our Shiprocket Tracking Portal.
Currently, our shipping services are limited to India, USA, UK & Europe. If you happen to reside in a different country, please reach out to us at worldofqona@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you with available options.
Cancellation requests for your order can be accommodated prior to its dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
Anticipate the delivery of your order within a timeframe of 3-4 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Returns
To initiate a return, or exchange request please consider the following options:

Ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send the product back.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase specifically for damages and size exchanges.
If the reason for return is different then the refundable amount will be credited to your Qona wallet for future orders.
Due to the personal nature of accessories, we are unable to accept a return or exchange for these categories.
All refunds will be processed subsequent to our receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item for any damages or presence of an intact tag. Refunds will be initiated from the date of courier being received in our warehouse within 48 working hours and credited to your bank account/UPI/source account/coupon within 5-7 working days after initiation.
Please ensure that a return ticket is raised within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must retain its original tags and remain free from damages.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we have 2 refund options which are stated below. Prepaid order refunds are done in the source account.

We do not have a product exchange policy in place as of now. One can only exchange the same item with another size.
Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you have received an item that is wrong, missing, or defective, we kindly request that you initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide you with a solution.
Please note - Complaints made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
