Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If something isn’t right with your QONA order, we’re here to help 
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for:

Damaged items

Wrong or missing items

Size exchanges (same item, different size)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Requests made after 48 hours won’t be entertained.
We currently offer size exchanges only. You can exchange the same product for a different size. Exchanges for a different product aren’t available at the moment.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn or washed

Products without original tags or packaging

Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 48 working hours after the product reaches our warehouse and are credited within 5–7 working days.

I didn't start Qona because I had a business plan. I started it because I was frustrated.Every morning, I'd stand in front of my wardrobe trying to find something that could carry me through a full day - a presentation, a lunch, an evening out without making me feel like I was compromising somewhere. Too formal. Too casual. Too uncomfortable by 3 PM. Too expensive to justify. Sound familiar?I'd spent years in the fashion industry, working with brands, understanding what goes into building a great product and yet I couldn't find workwear that truly worked for me. For a woman who had places to be, things to do, and absolutely no time to go home and change.So I built it.
Qona was born from that gap — the space between what women are offered and what they actually need. Clothing that moves with your ambition, not against it.
